The CIP reflects the needs and priorities of the City’s transportation, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water systems throughout the city. The City of Kelso’s Lodging Tax Advisory Committee will be holding a Special Meeting on Monday, March 19th at 3:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers at City Hall 203 S.
