This office provides financial services including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, investments and cash management.
The Finance Department provides financial and budgetary reports for all departments and is responsible for preparation of the annual financial report and the city budget of approximately $20,749,110.00 in 2007.
The Customer service area provides utility billing, credit and collection, and customer service in support of the City's water, sewer, solid waste, and other utilities.
The Finance and Utility Department also issues business licenses and collects business and occupation (B&O) taxes for the City.
